Having Edwin as my cousin was one of the brightest spots in my life. I always looked forward to our visits. He was so kind, compassionate, so level headed, with a great sense of humor. He was very protective of his sister and me when I spent several summers with his family. He will always be remembered with great fondness.

Jean, Don and Jean, Sam, Dorene and Steve, Isaac and Nina:
When we send someone we love so deeply into the hands of God, we are happy for their journey and yet struggle with our own sadness and grief. There is no time limit on love, and therefore no time limit on grief. I pray for your comfort when you lean on the strength our Lord instills in all of you, the love that he wraps your heart with and his healing power to get you through this very difficult time. Thinking of you all.

I am so sorry to learn of Edwin's passing. He was a very good man. One of my favorite memories of him was the night that the four of us ate dinner together at Rolandeau's and got to know each other. He leaves a big space in the lives of many people and will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. God bless and keep you all.
