Mark Sanborn Obituary

Mark A. Sanborn lost his battle to cancer surrounded by his loving family. He will be remembered by his utmost love and dedication to his family and community, including service on the town council, regular gifts to the Barbara Bush Children’s hospital, coaching little league baseball and softball, building floats for homecoming, and more. Those who knew him will also miss his quick wit and unique sense of humor.

Mark is survived by his wife Michelle, his children and grandchildren, brothers and sister, his father, Richard Sanborn, and his loyal dog Buddy. He was predeceased by his mother, Marylou Brown, brothers George and Jeffrey, and sister Sheila.

May you always be “stayin’ alive” in our hearts, Dad… all our love, your best friend and beloved wife Michelle, and your children and their spouses, Katie, Steve, Jodie, Jamie, Andrew, Vanessa, Kellie, Dani, Emilie, Valerie, Julie, and grandkids Dylan, Jacob, Jason, Ellie, Evelyn, and Hannah.

Please join us in celebrating Mark’s life at Wilson’s Funeral Home, Friday July 6th from 5-8. A graveside service will follow on Saturday, July 7th at 10 am at North Raymond Cemetery.
