Gray-Richard A. Randall, SR., 73 passed away November 4th, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.
Richard was born November 11, 1944 to Llewellyn and Phyllis Cummings Randall. He was predeceased by his mother Phyllis Ackerman, Step-Father Wayne Ackerman, Father, Llewellyn Randall, and Son Richard A. Randall Jr.
Richard worked many years as a Welder for Gowen, Williams Brothers, then South Portland Shipyard after a time finally Retiring. Richard always made sure his family came first. Weekend rides, family BBQ, Camping with his wife and children.
Enjoyed playing cards most weekends with his longtime friends Nonie and Charlie Mancini of Windham and Wednesdays with his good friends at Senior Plus in Gray.
Surviving are his wife of 55 years Virginia (Christian) Randall of Gray. Daughters Deanna Randall of Gray, Jeanne Randall of Strong. Son; William Randall of Poland. 9 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren. Brothers; Arthur Randall of Westbrook, David L. and wife Marilyn Randall of Gray.
Four sister-in-laws, Mary and husband Robert Duggan, Annie and husband Jerald Davis, Marian and Daniel Crain, and Grace Christian all of New Gloucester. Several cousins and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday November 9th at Wilson Funeral Home, 24 Shaker Road, in Gray from 6 to 8pm. A Committal service will be 9a.m. Monday November 12 at Lower Gloucester Cemetery.
