Gray-Sandra (Sandy) Janna Rose Lucarelli entered into eternal rest on Sunday December 3^rd, 2017 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough, Maine with loved ones by her side.

Sandy was born on March 12, 1947, the middle daughter of Hazel and Harold (Wayne) Rose of Auburn Heights, Michigan.  She graduated from Avondale High School in 1965.  She worked for Enercon Electronics in Gray ME for over 20 years, finally retiring in 2009.  She worked in a variety of positions for the company, though her favorite job was as a loving spouse, dedicated mother, and proud grandmother.  In her free time, Sandy enjoyed reading, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.    

Kind and friendly, Sandy could make friends with anyone she encountered, quickly bringing a smile to their face with her dry sense of humor.  She was also unfailingly generous and thoughtful, taking great joy in providing gifts to her many friends, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren for virtually any occasion.    

In addition to many lifelong friends, Sandy is survived be her husband, Bruce Fernley Lucarelli of Gray and her three sons Jeffrey, Scott, and Justin along with Scott’s wife Diane and their two children Eli and Layla.  She also leaves behind her mother Hazel and sisters Darlene and Sheila as well as several nieces and nephews.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday December 7, 2017 from 5 to 8p.m. at the Wilson Funeral home at 24 Shaker Road in Gray, Maine.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, 11 Hunnewell Road Scarborough, Maine in memory of Sandy Lucarelli.
