Albert Ernest Berry

Albert Ernest Berry, 92, of New Gloucester, Me, passed away September 2, 2023. He was born in Cape Elizabeth on April 11. 1931. To Everett and Dorotha (Smith) Berry. He graduated from Pennell High School in 1949 and enlisted in the Army (1949-1953). He became a machinist and worked in that field for many years. Albert is pre-deceased by his parents Everett and Dot, brother Robert and wife Mary, Sister Ann and husband Roger, Sister Judy and husband Evertt. His first wife Alma and second wife Vera. Four stepchildren. Albert is survived by his son Ernest Berry and wife Brenda of Shapleigh, Me, Daughters Gayle and husband Alton of Sierra Vista, AZ. Diane and partner Shawn of New Gloucester, Me, Vera and husband Joel of Gray, Me. Stepdaughters Roberta and husband Ken of Gray, Me, Mary Jo and her husband Sonny of Chesterville, Me. Many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends. Albert enjoyed moose hunting with the “Berry Boys” fishing, music, camping, motorcycle, snowmobile and ATV riding. Living life to the fullest in all that he did.
