Annie Morse Obituary

Annie Marie Morse
Surviving Family: 2 children, Billi jo Austin and Bobbi jo Micucci, 3 grandchildren: Matthew
Austin, Joseph Austin, Angela Hall.
Annie Morse passed away on May 10, 2024. She is survived by her two children, Billi Jo Austin
and Bobbi Jo Micucci, and three grandchildren, Matthew Austin, Joseph Austin, and Angela Hall
(Micucci). She was born on the 3rd of May, 1951, in the town of Gray, Maine, where her family
had lived for many years. Annie met her future husband Charles Morse(deceased) in 1968, at
Howard Johnson, where Annie worked at the time. On Independence Day, 1969, the couple
married. By the end of 1973, they were raising both of their children. Annie, a lifelong worker,
took pride in the work she did for DHHS for nearly 20 years. After which, Annie worked as a tool
maker for the next 17 years. However, her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family
and making them smile. Approaching life with joy and exuberance, Annie would often tell
anyone who could listen to, “Have a sunny day!” Her love for her family was second to none,
bending over backward to ensure each person felt as loved and cared for as possible. Annie’s
interests extended beyond her family; she loved to garden, dance with or without her husband,
and keep her home and RV exceptionally clean. During her golden years, Annie had the chance
to be near or with her family, except for visits to a small home in Dade City, Florida. On her final
evening, Annie enjoyed an impromptu family dinner with most of her favorite people, enjoying
fried haddock and fries.

A reception to follow the Graveside Service at Ralph Morses home 40 Stonybrook Dr in Hollis Maine.
