Cheryl “Lanky Blanche” Ann Timberlake, 59, passed away at home in Hebron surrounded by close family on July 19, 2024. Born on December 7, 1964 in Farmington and raised in Livermore; Cheryl graduated from Livermore Falls High School, participating on the cross country ski team. After graduating from Smith College, Cheryl met and married the love of her life Clifford Knapp. Soon after, her kid Finnegan was born and Cheryl became a stay-at-home mom. Once Finn grew up, she inspired creativity for many of the children she looked after in DEPOT at Hebron Station School. Along with being the marble fairy everywhere she went, Cheryl loved blowing bubbles. She was known for her big laughs, love of ferns and all things nature. Her character and artistic ability shined through in her beautifully made jewelry and thoughtful gifts. Cheryl greeted everyone with an open heart and a strong hug; treated each person like an old friend. Cheryl also enjoyed poetry, long walks on the beach, and poking dead things with a stick. Every one of her friends along the way have at least one funny story about her, and her love and generosity will be missed not only by her family and friends, but by her pet cats and pup Radagast as well. She is predeceased by her brother John Timberlake, nephew Kevin Rosano, father Roland Timberlake, and mother Christine Timberlake (McDaniel). Her love, legacy and silliness is lived on through her husband Cliff Knapp, son Finnegan Timberlake, 13 nieces and nephews, 11 grand nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends. A viewing service will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on July 26th in Gray, Maine, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please choose a charity that supports children, animals, or a community in need. Until further notice celebrate everything!
