Kenneth R. Allen, age 72, of Gray Maine passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, August 2nd 2021 after a long battle with cancer and pulmonary fibrosis. Born in New Vineyard, he lived most of his adult life in Gray in a home shared with Jackie, his wife of 48 years. His working years were spent at Crosby-Laughlin in Portland, DCP Midstream in Auburn, and at Spurwink. His favorite things to do were to ride his Harley, travelling (particularly to Hawaii), and spoiling his Shih tzu Molly. He is survived by his spouse Jackie, daughter Tawnie and her partner Laney, son Troy and his wife Tracy, brothers Roland and Elmer Berry, grandchildren Taber, Nathan, Zoe, Cooper, and Reagan, and his one great grandson Julien as well as many nieces and nephews. Per his request, there will be no formal services or gathering. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in his name to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
