Michael Lechner

Michael Lechner, 46, passed away April 14, 2026. Mike was born September 19, 1979 and lived in New Gloucester until 2017, when he moved to Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Gray New Gloucester and worked at Shaw's in Portland until moving to Oklahoma City. 

Mike excelled at horse jumping events while in high school and after that; he loved working at the Cumberland Fair; doing wagon rides with horses and attending PBR events. He spent much time listening to country music and attending as many concerts as possible. Mike enjoyed attending weekly dirt track races and NASCAR whenever possible.

Michael is survived by his parents Marcia and Ed. Brothers; Jeff, Carl, and Matthew. His family will continue to share his stories and he lives on in our hearts forever, Mike will be greatly missed. 

A Memorial Visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home 24 Shaker Road, Gray, Maine on June 17 from 10 to 12 with a Memorial Service at Noon.
