Patricia M. Hill

Patricia M. (Pat) Hill, 76, of New Gloucester, passed away peacefully in
her home on June 28, 2023 after a long battle with COPD and a year of
cancer.
Pat was born on September 23, 1946 and grew up in Windham, Maine. She met
the love of her life, Abe Hill, in school and they were married April 13,
1963. Together they had a variety of farm life adventures in Windham,
Falmouth, Casco and New Gloucester, including pig farming, pulling
ponies, saddle horses and then bigger pulling horses and a cow farm. Pat
loved Abe and all of their animals fiercely. They also enjoyed going to
the races, and although Abe missed it, Pat loved watching her grandson
Nick grow up racing go karts and cars.
Pat worked for the State of Maine at Pineland Center for 25 years. After
retiring she enjoyed time with her dog Molly, daily outings with her
daughter Kelly, especially to the casino, and hanging out with her
grandsons Nick and Brex.
She is predeceased by her husband, Robert (Abe) Hill, and survived by her
daughter Kelly Hill, stepdaughter Debbie Lavallee, and grandsons Nick
Moulton and Brex Hunnewell, Kim Saucier and Kevin MacDonald.

There will be a graveside service on July 7th at 10:00am at the Lower
Gloucester Cemetery in New Gloucester
A gathering of friends and family immediately following at 19 Vivian
Verrill Rd in New Gloucester.
