Richard “Dicky” Eldon Shane passed into eternity on October 11, 2023. He was predeceased by his wife Carol Shane, his son Darren Shane and his beloved dog Brady. The family were residents of Gray, Me. Dicky did a tour in the army in the seventies. He was a lifelong mason and bricklayer by trade. He was also a member of the Gray  Legion American post 86
Dicky had recently moved to Texas to be with his sister Adrianne Shane Campbell and her family. Dicky had a niece, Angela Winters and a nephew Rick Campbell as well as 11 great nieces and nephews who will miss him terribly. Sadly his longtime struggle with diabetes and heart disease cut his time with his family short.
