Robert S. Kendrick

Robert S. Kendrick, age 98, went to be with his Lord, peacefully at his home at Birchwoods at Canco on January 26, 2025.
Bob was born January 22, 1927. He held many jobs over his lifetime from chicken farming, the Navy, and finally retired from Pineland Farms Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Nellie in 2013.
He is survived by a daughter Pennie Lashua and husband Joe, and two sons, Paul and Tom Kendrick. Also, by grandchildren Erin, Eric and wife Jessica, and Nick, Desiree and husband Dustin, Kristian, Tommy, Cynthia, Derek, Tiffany, and Ashley and husband Leo. As well as 9 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter, Kinsley. Bob’s face always lit up when any of the children were around.
His family and community will greatly miss his infectious smile, wealth of knowledge, and devotion to his faith.
The family would like to thank the staff at Birchwoods at Canco and Hospice of Southern Maine for their compassionate care.
Services will be held on February 5, 2025 at the Bible Believing Baptist church, 92 Center Rd., Gray, Maine at 3:00pm.
