Rosalie Trask

New Gloucester, ME-Rosalie passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family April 3, 2025.
Rosalie was born June 26, 1944 in Portland and grew up on Munjoy Hill in Portland, ME until she moved to New Gloucester in 1961.

There she met the love of her life Morris Raymond Trask, and they married in 1963. She attended Maine School of Practical Nursing, graduating in 1964. Rosalie retired from
Maine Medical Center in 2009 after almost 40 years.
Rosalie was a member of the First Congregational Church of New Gloucester and active in the community. She was predeceased by her husband of 48 years in 2011, and
her son, Alan J. Trask in 2020.

Rosalie is survived by her brother Joseph Pelletier, Jr. (Brenda) of Gorham, ME and a sister, Jean F. Pelletier Morrison, Scarborough, ME. Daughter’s Robin D. Trask Cirillo
(Anthony) of Windam, ME and Wendy M. Trask of Raymond, ME. Grandchildren Gina of Avondale Estates, GA, Dylan (Megan) of Covington, LA, Alex of Scarborough, ME, Evan (Lauren) of Meridian, MS, Jeremy of Poland, ME and great grandson, Thomas.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday June 21 at the First Congregational Church Vestry from 10 am to Noon.

Memorial gifts in Rosalie’s name can be made to the New Gloucester First Congregational Church, New Gloucester Historical Society or Town of New Gloucester
