Sandra Hinkley Madsen

Sandra Hinkley Madsen 82 died Thursday May 26, 2022 at her home in New Gloucester, Maine. Sandra died peacefully at home after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  She was surrounded by her daughters Karen and Tracey, her two sisters Terry and  Caren and of course her wonderful and devoted husband of 57 years, Peter.

Sandra and Peter enjoyed many wonderful years traveling to destinations all over in their Winnebago. Sometimes traveling alone with their dog and sometimes traveling with family.

Sandra was a wonderful mother and caregiver to everyone she met. She took wonderful care of her family including her younger siblings and all of her many, many, nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of meeting her.

Sandra is survived by her husband Peter, daughter Karen and husband Neal, daughter Tracey and husband Rick and her 4 grandchildren, Neal Cartonio and wife Morgan, Jakob Cartonio and girlfriend Kari Anderson, Emma Dionne and Boyfriend Caleb Davis, and Jack Dionne. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our special angels walking this earth.
