Rumford- Sharleen McGraw Price, 73 of Rumford passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Hospice House in Auburn.

She was born March 12, 1948 in Farmington the daughter of Silas and Rebecca Cook.

Sharleen worked at Pineland Center for nearly three decades until its closing.

After her retirement she enjoyed time with her family. especially her great-grandson's Elijah and Liam.

She is survived by her daughters Eleanor Colby and husband Shawn of Auburn, Leslie White and husband Richard of Peru, Caregiver who she considered a daughter Cheryl Fish. 10 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren. Sibling Jessie, Everett, and Simone. Her loving dog Patches. Many nieces and nephews, and many people who adopted her as Nana or Ma.

She was Predeceased by her parents. Brother Raymond Cook, First husband Walter MgGraw Sr. Second Husband Steven Price and two great grandchildren.
