Stephen Butler Pratt

Stephen Butler Pratt, 37 of Falmouth passed away at home on October 26th, 2022.  Stephen was born April 5th 1985 in Norway, Maine to Brian Pratt and Lori Pratt.  He graduated from Falmouth High School and attended Southern Maine Community College.  Stephen worked as a hard scape mason with his second family at Coastal Lawn Care in Southern Maine.  

Stephen’s personality was infectious and to be in his presence was a joy.  He was known for his quick wit, goofy smile, and huge hugs.  He was handsome, funny, loving, and warm with a heart of gold.  

He enjoyed nature and loved fishing, canoeing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, riding his motorcycles and dirt bikes.   Stephen pursued and excelled in many hobbies.  He was also artistic and his intensity was apparent in his work and many endeavors.  He was a true craftsman.

Stephen is survived by his parents, Brian Pratt and Lori Akerson, sister Jessica Pratt-Frye and her husband Jack Frye, stepfather Richard Akerson, maternal grandparents Mark and Nancy Leach as well as his loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Stephen is remembered lovingly by his family, Dannyell Coro and her son Davonne, his Coastal work family, and countless friends he met along the way.  He will be forever missed, loved and always in our hearts.

A celebration of his life will be held on December 4th from 1-3 pm at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester, Maine.  In lieu of flowers Stephen would want to be remembered by embracing the beauty that life has to offer and to love one another.  Remember him with a smile and the loving person he was.
